Hiya,
After two false starts we've finally been able to puchase at Santa Ana. We're really excited even though the cost has gone up. The treatmnt we received both from Amba Sun and San Jose was brilliant and they filled us with confidence that the date of completion should be ok. We are buying on R10 Plot number 91 and would love to make contact with our soon to be neighbours. After reading the messages on this site we are thinking about having heating - could anybody advise on this.

Congratulations to you both. What sort of heating you choose
depends on several things, including your budget, and whether you
intend to live here full time or just use the house for holidays,
investment etc. but you really do need it for at the very
minimum 3 months of the year.

We are going to live permanently in Jumilla so need a reasonable heating system at a fair price. Have you any further information

It also depends on what proprty you have bought, can you supply this information cheers Kevin Also when I first found this forum I went back to the first entries and printed them all off and at leisure read them some 60 somthing pages but I learnt a lot from them

Hi Rose
Good advice from Kevin. There is a lot of info regarding heating
on the previous pages of this forum. San Jose will provide
Ambasun with a list of prices and the systems available through them
and it may be a lot less hassle for you having a system installed
during the building stage particularly if you have a limited knowledge
of the Spanish language.

Hi Rose and Dave
We are also purchasing an Azucena on R10 (Plot number 3). Probably just for holidays to start with but we hope to move out for good one day.
