Shops and a Restaurant ???

Hello all.

I have purchased in phase 3B and was told at the time the patch of land in-front before the sea will be shops, amenities and a restaurant, does anyone know if this is true?

Does anyone have any details on  the spec. of the amenities? Heights of buildings etc.?

This isn't where phase 5 will go is it???

I am concerned that apartments or 3 storey blocks will effect my view!?

Hi David,

There is a patch of land at the bottom of phase three that may be used for shops etc but I haven't heard anything.  The best thing to do is call Lyndsay at Atlantia and ask.

As mentioned in the main thread, phase five is between phase one and two and consists of 96, 1 and 2 bed apartments set on two stories.

News on the patch of commercial land on Mojon Hills.

No matter what you might have been told about there being shops on Mojon hills might not be true.

Apparently the land is currently filled with the rubble from phase 2. This will be dug out when development of the land starts. The structure there could be up to 3 storeys high.

There are no plans with the council yet about what might be there, but its a good chance it will be a hotel!

I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing!?
