Renting a property

Hi All and welcome to our Newbies.

Went up on site today about 1.45pm.  They have started in earnest on R4 and I think R15.  There was another crane on site making it 3.  The cement maker was going. Cement lorries  backwards and forwards.  There is shuttering on site ready to erect and start pouring for the above 2 phases.  The entrance that they have already shuttered is well advanced now.  (Auntie Linda, it is up past the visitors entrance, as if you were going up to the Monastery).  A wooden hut has been erected at the site entrance which I presume is for security and checking the workers and materials coming and going.  I spoke with the guys in the office and asked if SJ now have the licences in hand.  The answer I got was that they could not tell me something that was incorrect (that is a vast improvement on previously and quite impressed me) and they had not been told by SJ that this was the case.  However, they had heard from the Ayuntamiento (a friend) that the  licences for the first 600 had been released and more were to follow during the coming week.   If I go back towards the end of the week they will know for sure, they said.   I did not have my camara with me this morning but will go back perhaps Friday and take some piccy's for you all. 
The whole site was very active and getting into gear and I went just as they were stopping for lunch.

Now I'm excited.

told you I was talking and not concentrating so the entrance is further along the road

 well i would never have looked that far

last time we went up to the monastery we met an old man doing his washing in the well half way up

 

Should have said that the 600 will be R4 completish then

Yes a Tulipan. On my "property reservation contract" my apartment is No. 240  Parcela  No.F3-R4-B1

Does this make sense to you?

I've tried to retrieve some of your photos without success by "shared photos" at the top-what am i doing wrong?

Just click on the shared photos it will bring up a list then click on the date you fancy looking at

it will again bring up the series just click on each individual which opens a box

all you have to do then is make it bigger as you do with emails

the other numbers must be the block you are in i.e F3 will be the block

 then 240 will be the apartment number in that block !!!I think !!!!
