I am sure I have givedn you this info before !!!
In terms of low voltage spots you can put them everywhere EXCEPT in the lounge ceiling and the kitchen ceiling as this is concrete, so there you will need a multi plate spot with two or three bulb spread. The other rooms all have false ceilings which mean you can cut low voltage spots into them, when you arrive there will be loose wires hanging from the relevant points in the ceilings some guys have centres the spots in the room but we just fitted them where the cables were.
1 x Recessed spot in the hallway
1x Plate spot in the kitchen
1x Plate Spot in the Lounge
2 x Recessed spot in the front bedroom
2 x Recessed spot in the rear bedroom
2 x Recessed spot in the bathroom + wiring for extractor fan
1 x Recessed spot in the hallway outside the bathroom
2 outside lights on the terrace - wires are visible (we have these fitted but have never put them on !)
We paid Steve from Camposol to do this and other handyman jobs for us like putting up mirrors, cabinets and curtain poles – he is on EOS under the name “endpeg” if you post on the Condado forum you will be bombarded with details of local sparkies as there are quite a few locally. You can buy all the kit down the road at Bricolage if you are handy with this sort of thing yourself
Good idea also to fit an extractor fan in the bathroom - there are two spots in here but each on a separate switch which is odd as one works the light, and the inside switch works the Extractor (if fitted) and the 2nd spot - mad Spanish electric’s ??
