Could anybody tell me how to get a repair done we have had a damp patch on our bathroom ceiling upstairs for months, after numerous attempts to contact Customer Services by e.mail by telephone from Manchester. we have had promises that it will be looked into, but nothing. What do we have to do, we are worried that in September rain will start, and the damage will be worse
We were over in July and had to go to customer service twice where we had promise that it would be dealt with, the next week, needless to say it wasn't
