Hi Marilyn & Rik,
Sadly it appears your solicitor has been remiss, he should have told you about the `bush clause` and you should also know that Sean has been appointed `Bush Miester` for CDP due to his exceptional trimming skills......I think he learnt his trade in the olden days in Cork and is very familliar, I believe with the Irish law on the subject:-
Section 40 of the Wildlife Act 1976, incorporating section 46 of the Wildlife (Amendment) Act 2000
I am afraid to say I am still a closet bush trimmer, with my own, personal bush tucked away, hidden from public view, this is due to my, frankly, woefully inadequate trimming ability, which I am hoping Sean will help to improve during our visit next month. I think he may well forego his golf on Saturday afternoon in order to run a workshop entitled `Bush Management for Beginners`
See you soon...
Roger
