Bubblebum Kids Car Seat

The forum touched on this around 9 months ago but I thought I'd put up a photo for anyone who has kids still in car seats to see the actual size of it.  I stuck it next to a loaf of bread to get an idea of size.  The inflatable seat costs around £25 and is fully approved for use (ECE regulation R44/04).  It is suitable for kids weighing from 15-36kg (group 2-3).  I have a proper booster seat at my apartment but this is ideal for getting to/from the airport without having to put a bulky rigid seat in your luggage.  The price of it is probably less than we'd pay to hire one for a week from the car hire firms.  Worth it I think.  It weighs around 2lbs.  Photo is in the CDA community photo gallery for any interested parents.  I got mine from a seller on Amazon.  Arlene.
