Does anyone know how much the building should be insured for on a ground- floor 3 bed apartment?
I know we all have the 10 year builders guarantee on our properties. We currently have our building insured for 50k and it is due for renewal next week. I want to get the best deal available.
Also, we got an email from a tax consultant stating that we have to pay taxes by 31st December. Does anyone know how to go about this and can we do it ourselves rather than employing an accountant?
