MORTGAGE !!!

Hi,

   This is my first posting....Just about to complete on 2 bed brisa on phase 4.

Can anyone recommend a lender & what would the rate be at the moment.

Wanted to see how it compared to Developers Mortgage.

Any info would be greatly received.

There is a great chap locally called Henry Slade of La Vida Mortgages. He's independent of the banks and can generally give you great advice, even if that may be to take the builders mortgage.
