Just be aware that there is now a list of owners whos vouchers are out of date. There is an expiry of 12 months from completion which is fine and I have nearly finished the 3000 Euros worth. However today I had to pay for a buggy rather then use a voucher. I pointed out that were were promised a clubhouse in which to spend the vouchers and that has still not materialised. Not the proshops problem though but will be down to the offices Monday morning to complain. It seems very much one way traffic. As I say I only have a few vouchers left and so no great issue but for some of you it could be, especially if the 12 months is approaching.

I have just looked at a voucher which does say 12 months on the back.when we we given the vouchers we were not told they had an expiery date.I have nearly 2500 euros worth left as we did not like the furniture pack corvera had so we were going to use it towards green fees an buggy hire and clubhouse food (when available) As it has been over 12 months since we completed it looks as if we have lost out.Would be interested to find out how icspain gets on complaining at the office. It would have been nice to have been told they had a 12 month life on them, how many have looked at the small print on the back.

Hi - funnily enough, I was just mentioning this to another Forum member. Like you, we decided not to take the Corvera furniture pack and assumed we would use the vouchers for other services. But then forgot we forgot about them, and in fact, had also not realised there was an expiry date. Our contact at Corvera recently got in touch with to remind us they would soon expire (which was efficient of her!). So we decided to use them to buy some additional items. Anyone who completed fairly early like us should keep an eye on the date if they don't wish to lose the money.

Hi - before completion, we were given a 'voucher' ie money that we could use when purchasing services from Covera, such as furniture pack, golf etc. It was a (very small, under the circumstances) thanks/apology for the long wait before delivery. The voucher expires after one year so the money needs to be spent within one year of completion. This could well be something that was only given to the first people who bought properties (who had the most delays before delivery). I don't know. You will have to ask Corvera about it to see if you were eligible for this promotion.

No joy from the office. So as long as you want furniture, white goods and golf clothing etc from Corvera then you are fine. Did point out that it mentioned restaurants on the reverse but to no avail. The 12 month period stays in place.

Dear all.
Has anybody that had bought a property in face 3 or 4 at Corvera who was tired of waiting who changed it to something i face 1 or 2 in 2010 reciewed a voucher for 3 thousend euros as a part off the deal to change?
Dos anybody know anything about a promotion back in 2008. As i have understood it you got a voucher if you bought a property within that promotion period.
Best Regards

Hi Simon m
No sorry, expiry date is the expiry date so if you have gone over the 12 months since completion they seem to be invalid. As I said i'm less then impressed.
