3 Bedroom apartment wanted to rent long term.

Hi all

My parents are coming to live and would like to rent a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment anywhere on Condado.

First for month or so and if they decide to settle on Condado, which they probably will, then on a long term basis.

It can be furnished or un furnished but if unfurnished at least the white goods must be in place.

And the most important as we all know how difficult the rental market is - A VERY GOOD RENTAL RATE.

The apartment would be looked after to the highest standards. They are non smokers and very house proud.
