2008 Community Fees

Just checked my bank account and noticed that €14,73 has been taken, description being "Cuotas 2008 Condado Alhama".  I assume that this relates to the 2008 community fees.

What I can't understand is why I am paying fees for 2008 when I completed in October 2009.  Anyone else got this issue?

I have emailed Milenium to find out what is going on.

your right it is for the oct/nov/dec community fees of 2008

and if you didnt complete until 2009 i cant see why you should have payed this

Can anybody tell me please what are the community fees.

I am purchasing a Penthouse apartment and dont know what to expect to pay.

They are about 60 Euros per month (top floor) as they have recently been reduced. They are a little more expensive for the ground floor penthouses as they have small gardens. Good value in my view for the service we get.
