Following our recent visit to CDA to review the water marks left from the previous storms and reduce the hole sizes on my Chimney, as this seems to be the most likely cause (Given up chasing PW on that one, although still chasing the drain hole which also leaked
).
I noticed that there are 2 different drain sizes on the roof of the 2 bed apartments. Mine is 20cm and my neighbour has a 25cm drain, and co-incidently mine leaked and theirs didn't. I also noticed the other neighbours also leaked and they had the small size fitted.
I am not saying this is the problem, but I would be interested if anybody else was aware of this and can confirm that they had the bigger drain and also had a leak. I wouldn't put it past PW to cut corners and buy smaller drains to cut cost.
