Urbaser payment

Just had a bill taken from urbaser for 199.94 - I understand this is something to do with water.

Can anyone confirm what this bill is actually for, presumably it's somekind of oneoff connection fee.  Also anyone have any idea on when and roughly how much future payments maybe.

According to condadodealhamaserivces.com/blog on  last weeks podcast it was mentioned that they are begining to take money and that the inital payment was around 200 euros and was for the contract of supply.

Can you tell me where you are on condado because they think that the fisrt people to be charged for this may be in th penthouses and as we are in Naranjos we need to make sure there's enough to cover all the other charges coming out of our account.

 It's the connection fee, made up of fees for the meter and the fitting time.  All of Naranjos, both jardines and penthouse were connected up early this month, you should have the invoice in your mail boxes.

Urbaser charge for water every 3 months the last was July / Aug / Sept

Service charge for 3 months is 12.76€ plus tax 8%

Water costs 0.64 plus tax per cubic meter up to 30 cubic meters then 0.98 plus tax per cubic meter after that.

If you only visit a few times a year then should not cost to much.

Hi were on Naranjos Jardin 4 and had our payment taken on 21st October.

We are on garden 4 Narangos and still wondering when ours will be taken.

Still no payments taken from Urbaser. Has anyone else in Garden 7 Naranjos had there contract fee taken yet.

We are on Naranjos 7 and I don't think the meters are in yet because when we were out a few weeks ago, we went to Urbaser's office to make sure our bank details were correct.....they weren't !!

Anyway, they also said that there was a problem with fitting the meters in our Jardine and were waiting to get Polaris to sort it out. I couldn't get anything else from him so I think it's a case of watch this space. If anyone knows if this has now been sorted, please let us know.

Our meter fitted a week ago and no payment taken from the bank yet anyone know how long it takes them, dont want to be disconnected

We are in Jardine 2 and our experience  of them is that they can be a bit slow, it took them 6 months to sort out out first bill and that was done with a solicitor, Eventually they just started charging from the then and wrote off the previous payments.
