mould on walls after last bad rain fall

has any body got probs ater the lastbad storm end of august ,i wastold millemium has insurance and was told it would be sorted ,now ive been told to get onto polaris and they are doing repairs because there are nearly 200 hundred with similar probs or use my own insurance any ideas and who do i contact at polaris

Had same problem with outside wall of my apartment on La isla, got in touch with polaris customer service, and after few requests, they came and fixed problem, by re rendering outside, and re plastering inside, e mail attached.

If you have no joy I think I have olga's e mail some were, if she is still working for Polaris, she is very good at getting workmen over to fix problems.
