I am in discussions (arguements) with PW about fixing my problems following the recent heavy rain and leaks, and wondered if anybody has had any work done by them to fix there problems and what they did?
I was over in October and notice their were work man on site on some roofs and wondered if this was PW or people fixing the problem themselves.
My leaks were in the Hall way and above the cooker, on our 2 bed apartment.

Hi Martin,
I was in a meeting with Mileniun yesterday and they told me that 4 of the owners on their "outstanding issues" list had had the repairs carried out by Polaris this week alone. So it looks as if they have started work again. Given this it might be worth re-reporting your issues on the PW website?

hi there am on jardine 5 ive had bad mould probs since last bad rain in august and because there have been so many problems polaris seem to be sorting these probs out , they came to my apartment on wed and took pics so now am waiting to see if outs gonna happen so it miight be better to get onto polaris again

I have been on to them again and like yourself they did come around and take more pictures and I havent had anything else back yet.
Due to the lack of response from PW (over a year), I reduced the holes on my Chimney vents, but I was hoping that somebody on here would have experienced the same problem and had PW fix the issue the same as me, and possibly confirm that this was the fault.
Good luck with your problems, where was the mold?

Polaris phoned me today for key-holder details. They picked up the keys this morning so it looks like they're finally getting around to fixing things. I hadn't actually chased them since the start of October so they must be working their way through the list.

Some info that may help people. My insurance (Zurich) advised that the mould problems I had were due to external issues and advised me to contact Polaris and Mileniun. I contacted both however had no replies. My problem did not get worse however Zurich have called me to advise they engaeged their legal department to put pressue on the relevant parties
May be worth doing the same with your insurance companies

Still waiting on PW, who say they are still looking at my issue. Fingers crossed.
I have also heard they have been a lot more rain recently.

been told by nikki my key holder and cleaner polaris have done repairs and painting it today and they told her problem has been sorted so all i can say keep pestering them thats what i have done and i told them it was occupied this week which it is so am lucky, and i am hoping it is repaired so keep pestering them and good luck
