This is my first posting on EOS, but I feel I know every body as I am the better half of ptan.  It's great to be able to write my permanent address is now Condado de Alhama .    As you can see from below, I am a Yoga teacher and will be starting lessons next Monday.

Want to learn how to relax, reduce tension, tone your body, increase flexibility and strengthen limbs then Yoga is for you.

I have been practising Yoga for over 10 years and I am certified as a professional  Yoga teacher with Zenways Yoga UK which is affiliated to the Yoga Alliance.

From Monday the 8th November 2010 I am running Yoga lessons at the squash courts at the sports area by Jardine 7.

Monday and Friday mornings – 10:00 to 11:30

Only €5 per session

Lessons are open to all

Why not come along and see what it’s like.  Wear loose comfortable clothing, Yoga mats are provided.
