When I inspected the 3 bedroom Tilo apartment I suggested that it was possible to build a mezzanine floor at the top on the stairs, over the entrance hall and we have now had this built for client
It works great and gives a large new seperate areas that can be unitiised as a dining area leaving much more space in the lounge
