Hi

Just bought one of the last propertys on phase 1 in Jaunuary they have told me they have applied for planning permission to build 5 comunal pools in the commercial centre, this means we will not have a comunity charge as the commercial site will charge a small fee to use it, fingers crossed the planners except the proposals or i will be having one fitted in the garden.

This is good news as the only thing our complex was missing was a community pool.

This will also positively add to the potential rental market!
