Looking for furniture

Hi All,

Just got back from visiting Sierra Golf and had a great look round the whole site. Masa seem be pushing to get phase 1 ready for occupation, chatting to Aude (the Masa rep on site) she told me they are hoping to release some houses by mid to end of March. Most of the roads into and around site are ready for tarmac. The mains electrics are being connected and standard of workmanship seems to be of a high standard.I have posted 3 sets of photos, you will one set is of the new show house (Albatros). It has a lot of extra's, pool, window grills, landscaping, tiles all at a price. They have even converted the basement to let you see what can be done.

I asked Aude about telephone installation, she said the problem with Telephonica company were so great that Masa have set up their own Telecommunication Company called Navkey Telecom. They say it will offer a complete communication service including telephone systems, wide band internet & television (access to over 200 channels) . 

Access to the site is quite restricted due to health & safety  issues but if you go in  a Sunday afternoon you will get around unrestricted.

thanks for the info and the photos. Great to see how things are improving. The pace does seem to be picking up so maybe we will see completions soon.  It's good to know you think it's taking shape at last .  I was going out tomorrow for a few days on business but the weather here has delayed me. Very interested re the Telecoms info. you mentioned. Have you any further info. on this ie. when is it likely to be up and running and also the cost?

Sorry I don't have much information on the telecoms package. Except that Masa on one of their other sites had tried to get Telephonica to set up telecoms on it and after 3 years of waiting they have now decided to set up their own company called Navkey Telecom. As far as prices are concerned I don't know, but timescale is a few months hopefully before the end of the summer.

Services are as I said previously, broadband being 1m,2m or 3m depending on which package you take. Free calls to other Nevkey members and calls to mobiles at a greatly reduced rate.

If I find out any more I let you know.
