Why is it history, I didn't realise it had come to the courts yet. Can you post a link to the report of the court case and the outcome.

Sorry, thought you were talking about the case against Daimian Rodriguez Gascon and not the meeting of creditors the article refers to.
The question you ask, see my response to Tony.
Remember, at SADM you could only buy off plan as there was not finished product to buy. It is like buying apples off a tree before they grow, if the tree isn't looked after, there is no crop.

JA,  lets get something straight, I am not under instruction from Tony, infact I was at the Birmingham meeting and was very forthright and bordering on aggressive with my questioning to HDT!

I am taking a slightly different course of action to most of you (suing my lawyer) but I still have a financial interest in SADM.

I do not agree with all Tony says but I do commend him and his team very much for trying and if it does work out then he will be owed a very big thank you!

What is really getting to me is the bad manners you show and nasty one liners you give when replying to his postings and I just don't want to have to read them and I am sure others don't!

Can I make a suggestion that if you feel so strongly that everything Tony says is (in your words) Tosh you set up an ANTI-SARC web site so we can all see the evidence to prove your claims.

Could I ask just one simple question, if HDT/SJ had been forced in bankruptcy as you wished, what would those without BG's have received and how long would it have taken, just a % and number of years would be good?

1) If you were at the meeting you will know exactly who I was and if I recall I don't remember anyone else questioning Alum in the way I did and if you feel so strongly about the vote, etc I am sure you would have been as outspoken as me! You will also know that I did not stop and talk to Tony

2) Once again you know all, you say near impossible in suing my lawyer, this is typical of your responses, how on earth do you know what my circumstances are and where I am at with it!!!!

3) I am more than happy to challenge Tony on his manners to you if that will stop all of this bitching between the both of you, let me know and I will!

Nothing wrong with the standard of people at SADM - Sorry to shatter the illusion, there are no people at SADM (and never will be).
Still believe that the language and terminology expressed in public  is not of a type I would want to mingle with.
Just sick to the back teath of trying to get good information from this forum - Never rely too much on a forum as you will always get biased opinions and ipinions from the blind, the blinkered and those that know all.

If your question is  what would  those without BG's have got from HdT/SJ if they had been forced into bankruptcy .The answer is nothing  .What will those without BG's get from HdT/SJ now the answer is still nothing . All that has happened is that people have had a few more years of false hope and misery and not looked for other avenues .HdT will never give anyone anything Simples !

So in your opinion the YES vote means that people have a long wait to get nothing, correct?

All I want to know now is why you have attacked Tony for trying to get people some money back if they were only going to get nothing anyway?  You have many times claimed that he has lost them any chance of getting their money, but if they were going to get nothing anyway how could he?

willsb , I wish you every luck in going after your lawyer but the better option is to go after the bank. I have already done this and got got two full refunds of my deposits .It is the best option when no BGs were issued for what ever reason .

willsb Tony is wrong he listens to every word the "crooks"  tell him and worse still believes them .He sits down to lunch with them but can not see they are just using him and SARC to their own ends .Does he really expect to be told the truth .I don'rt think so !They have no concern for anyone other than themselves .

After 8 years dealing with HdT/SJ , I know  for sure 100% they can not be trusted .Tony may think he is trying to get some of the purchasers something ,money or a house but he does not stand a chance with these masters of deceit and deception .

I think Tony is a great guy , I have heard him speak with his health hat on and greatly admire his knowledge as a health professional but this does not make him right in this instance .Crooks will use good people to meet their own ends .Tony has been used and abused by Almu and HdT/SJ . Only  time will confirm this .
