Hi Simon
We've used holiday Autos previously and had no problems with them. They are like the others who then allocate you a supplier once booked and each time we have used them we have had the cars from Centauro, it's always nice to arrive and go to the Centauro desk while everyone else seems to be in the Goldcar queue.
We have booked again with them this year for one week at Spring bank (School Holidays) and it cost us £100 for a manual Ford focus for a week with two drivers and the fuel policy is full to full.
We have also booked for four weeks in August and this has cost £460 for an "automatic" Ford focus. Other companies were wanting at least 1000 euros. Both times we are getting the car from Centauro.
I personally think these prices are really competitive and they also include an extra driver free of charge. Only real downside is it's full payment up front but if paid on credit card it covers you and the charge is only 2% so still a big saving on other rates.
We only booked them last week but it was on a day when they were doing discounts for Spain of 20-25%, they do this from time so if you are prepared to chance it you can wait for them to do another promotion, sign up to their mailing list and they will advertise it directly to you or just keep checking the Website. I checked the day after and the prices had gone up though I did notice they had another promotional day this week with reductions of 15%.
Also used Amigo autos and Argus car hire in the past with no issues other than the Goldcar queue
Thanks
Simon
