Because one of the most common problems seem to be with boilers at present I thought that it would be helpfull to summarise some of the most common problems
E10 error, which is a low pressure error and all that is required is to top the boiler up with water using the valve provided. This is often because of a leaking radiator. At the front under the cover there is a pressure guauge and the needle should be in the largest green area for the boiler to work. In the mentas and Magnolias there is a blue valve at the front on right, in the Laurels,in Tilos and Laurels a black screw valve at the back on the right. open this valve till you hear water running into the boiler and when there is sufficent pressure the error will clear and the bolier will work again. Be carefull not to overfill the boiler
Water not hot or temperature varies. On the front of the boilers there is a control knob which controls the tenperature of the water for the heating and ht water so make sure that this is not turned too low. A known problem is that the water pressure on-site is too high for the boilers so the water can run warm to simply redude the water pressure to the boiler by turning down the water pressure at the stop cock
Boiler not working when windy, because of the position of some of the inlet vents on some blocks a common problem is that in windy conditions the boilers ignition will not stay on and error code E003 is shown. There isn't much that can be done but we are working on finding a solution
Solar System in Mentas not working, in a numbet of the Menta blocks there the solaris systems are not working because the pumps that distribute the water have burnt out. This is because the power to the blocks and pumps was connected before the systems were commissioned which means that the pumps were running dry, hence the damage and the developer is now debating with the installer who is responsible
The boilers are covered by a 2 year warranty however after the fusrt year you have to contact the boiler companty direct for faults and they are ver helpfull, speak English, normally call within 24 hours and their mail address is atc.novacar@gmail.com and the contact is Lola
