The infrastructure, the contractor and the land which is talked of.
Who are the contractors?
Who are the Directors?
What is the parcel of land?
When will the land (a current asset ) be signed over to the contractor, before the works commence or after completion?
Surprising that as the Town Hall were reported eager to get the scheme under-way, it is now claimed that cause delay

Why?
Is it only certain questions that are allowed to be asked?
Is there a problem with clarification being sought.
Do you know something which you wish to hide or do not wish others to question?
I considere my questions to be of considerable significance to all involved, as it relates to current assets of the company.
Never know, perhaps someone will come up with the information.

Where did it say that the Town Hall caused a delay? There was a delay in getting the water license to the court in Madrid, but that was caused by the Segura water authority - or are you referring to something else?

MTJ,
I suggest you read the SARC report and it states quite clearly that we will not give out any sensitive commercial information. You do not need to know any of the information that you have asked. You might like to know it but I am sorry but this is still sensitive to HdT and I am sure that at a later date this information will be disclosed.

Please, do not tell me what I need or do not need to know. I am nobody's puppet.
Maybe you consider that I or nobody else needs to know the information (until it is too late again).
For the record, you are confirming that you are aware of the answers to my questions and queries?
Just love the "at a later date" comment. Just hope that by then it is not too late and an asset has not been disposed of.

Happy New Year to you and Yours.
In theory contacting San Jose to ask these relevant questions sounds good, but come on when was the last time they actually answered any questions. Even when we went to Orihuela to their main office for answers to questions we were not given any and that was after waiting for over three hours, in the end they asked us to leave as they wanted to close up and still no questions.
Our lawyer repeatedly asked questions over an 18 month period and never received any answers. This company doesnt do customer relations.

Rest assured, they will be contacted by my legal re., but not to answer such simple questions.
Don't you realise that it is good to gather information and claims they are giving to others and others are claiming, as come the time when in future, where any claims can be used as evidence.
The implications of;
Who are the contractors?
Who are the Directors?
What is the parcel of land?
When will the land (a current asset ) be signed over to the contractor, before the works commence or after completion?
Can have a huge affect on any or all interested parties.
Can you see that they are not trick questions?
Do you realise the implications if the answers are in 'negative' form?
Why the agression towards one seeking information and guidance?
Judging by the previous poster's comment, my questions are more relevant.

As a watcher rather than a contributor to this forum .I am absolutely speechless.
Have this SARC outfit actually achieved with Justin's help an unchallenged status on this forum ?

Has all opposition to one single point of view been "censored " ? Even when this point of view is fool hardy , misguided. and influenced by a company whose passed record regards honesty and integrity leaves a lot to be desired ?
Is there really now only one sad misguided opinion being put forward on EOS sanctioned by Justin ? How sad !
Only the very few "deemed " sensible "calm & controlled " people , like mtj are left to oppose the nonsense that SARC spout on behalf of SJ/HdT
however this is to no avail - mtj is just unfortunately one voice -. All those who agreed with and expressed the same concerns as mtj have now been banished for one thing or another. Unfortunately we are now getting only one opinion and the completely inaccurate SARC reports are now going unchallenged .

I for one cannot understand why my previous post was removed? apart from the fact that I made humourous comments about the stupidity of some remarks made. I did not abuse anyone, be rude or even malicious unless you think that disagreeing with SARC comments is rude or malicious.
Only time will tell whether Santa Ana Del Monte ever goes ahead. I for one think we will never see the proposed development. or even the watered down proposed development.
Justin I will continue to rubbish and contest the rose tinted views of SARC and if you think this is grounds for removal please email me to inform me of the resons behind your decisions.

I can't see that SARC would object to anyone disagreeing - after all debate is healthy. Only personal abuse and bad language should be removed in my humble opinion, so I am interested in seeing what you actually said.

Rason,
as a watcher rather than a contributor, you would have seen some of the nastyness and personal comments being labelled at certian individuals on this forum,
i for one stopped using the forum because of these individuals, that i feel was not contributing to the forum under the forum rules. i for one was glad when i saw certian people had been banned,
so this has nothing whatsoever to do with SARC, some of your comments are quite strong below but i see no evidence to support any of this, where i have seen evidence on meetings between SARc and SJ/ HDT.
If you have supporting evidence to your claims below, then please make them public so that i can take neccesary action if i so choose to do so.

Hope u n John are well, don't forget next time you are down this way let us know we wil meet for lunch, Dave is a bit niffed that posts are removed & not just his quite a few which were slating SARC. I agree with you if they are vindictive then they should be removed & Justin should look at both sides of a coin but he can't follow every thread he would need 8 days in a week, he can only go on what members tell him.
The very reason I rarely look at or even bother to post on this forum nowadays, is because I can't be bothered trawling through a load of dross with no real point. In my opinion absolutley nothing has happened in 3yrs, except 525 let SJ off the hook, so it wont happen in the near or distant future.
he truth of the matter is those without BG's have lost their money. That is what SArC should be fighting to recover that money & starting the house buying dream again,not hell bent on building a distant dream
I apprecaite SARC thing they are doing something but by now we arwe looking at almost 3 years you would have thought some action would have ensued if they have been pushing. You can make things happen, here in Spain as you know, by being pro active, hell I know that only 2 well.
Like you we have been contacted by many from this forum, for guidance & help which i hope I have given openly & freely anyway must away I'm off out inthe sunshine now.

I don`t agree with SARC, and I haven`t been banned....yet! IMHO, SARC, was a good idea in the begining, hence I joined, at least they were doing something to try and save the situation we all found ourselves in. However after all this time we are no further forward than we were when they first went into administration. Cast your minds back, how many times we were lied to regarding completion dates? Mine should have been completed March 07, nearly 4 years ago! I`m one of the lucky ones, having purchased a house 30kms from SADM, twice the size of the Marbella I was buying, and at less than half the price.
There is nothing new in the latest SARC report, its the same old rubbish re-hashed, waiting finance, waiting on water licence, building licence, shepherd and goats! Tony`s heart is in the right place, but I fear SJ/HdT are using him and SARC to save themselves, not us. Call me cynical, but the explanation for the removal of the concrete factory just doesn`t wash.Its been there for years and suddenly its been removed because of vandalism. Ready mixed concrete will be cheaper, as they won`t be buying any!
If a diluted SADM goes ahead, thats just the begining of further problems for those of you staying with your purchase. Do you think its easy to get a mortgage these days? It took me 4 months to secure finance, and I wasn`t borrowing that much.Do you think you will get habitation certificates easily? Do you think you will be able to rent your property with a 9 hole golf course? Do you think HdT will finish all the pools, and communal areas, will you get electricity and water meters fitted? Do you think the new motorway is an asset or a hinderance? Plenty of noise and pollution to spoil the peaceful setting. If in doubt, look at the El Pinet forum, and see all the ongoing problems they have.This is what the future holds to those of you wishing to continue with SADM, years and years more grief and stress, and plenty of future battles.
I truly hope I`m wrong and things work out well for all at SADM, however I just want all my money back from these thieves masquerading as developers.

Just read the threads, have no idea what was removed from the thread but I can assure every one that SARC is a totaly independant purchaser group, which is self funding, with people giving up their free time to work on getting us out of this mess
Laird could you PM what you posted, so that I can see what this comment was?.
Yes it is tedeous that it takes time but look at how many companies are folding in many countries and how many people are lossing their money. We have taken a route to recoup money and this has included a way for people to sell their contract on. Yes it is not perfect but we have worked very hard to try to improve and increase our options.
SARC are watching what HdT/SJI are doing to see that they are within the timeframe of their proposal. To that end we got and placed in the report the date the 5 year count started from.
Please can we refrain from throwing insults, inuendo or untruths at one and other. Some with BG's have their money back and I am pleased that they have, those without BG's require the company to function and deliver our properties or money, a very simple truth.
