What is on offer foodwise on Condado

Hi

Ham & I  are over on the 22nd Yippeeeee. for 10 days. This is our first visit since March last year.

I am wondering if the resturant is ever open now & does the Clover offer food. If they do, is it  worth trying or should I just be happy that Ham cooks an excellent curry.

 Bring plenty of naan Bread!

Be careful with the pannini's at the Clover as they are frozen!! Yes a bit surprising isn't it considering what they charge. I wonder if PW even known or whether this is just a side line for the employees as the advert for the pannini's is hand written on a folder sheet of A4. Fingers crossed we will get the restaurant open again from Easter this year so we can get the PW card going again.

Hi  Darren. Naan Bread. Not thought of that.

Ham can make chappati`s though. I am trying very hard to get him to give up his career in the ambulance service & open his own on site curry resturant but as he hates the heat. Duh. Yes I know he should enjoy it but he prefere`s the winter. So thats out of the question & not being able to make Naan bread is his get out clause.

Oh well I supose I will have to wait until he retires before we can settle down to a lazy life in Spain

 The pannini`s are off the menu then Mark, it looks as if we will be eating in most nights & as Ham is the better cook that gives me a get out clause too.

You may have a good suggestion there.

Though I do remember, many moon`s ago reading many a moan   re the surgery but at least it was open & the food really was not that bad.

Ham & I had some really good evenings there.

My brother and family preferred the ' surgery'  to whats been on offer in the restaurant and more recently The Clover- certainly with children it was ideal.  Sad those buildings at the Sports Zone are just standing empty now.

I could not agree more. Adults could sit in or out & watch the children play.

It was ideall  for us as we are in Jardin 5. I used to love to pop over around 11ish & again @ 4 just to have a doughnut & a cappucino. Yes it would have been cheaper to eat & drink in our apartment but speaking to Erbert helped me with my spanish.
