Hi Suemac
What I am unable to grasp is how the builder can go into administration, attend court hearings and plead a case that allows them to come back out of administration.......and then start all over again with a questionnaire that is so weak it is laughable.
I have to say that my view is, we have been taken for a lot of money by the builder in deposits maladministrated. We have been taken for some more money by the lawyers, who have represented us through a flawed legal system.
We are entering a phase where the builder is about to come back into the world, with no plan B. They have no chance of building properties, the administration will be shown to have failed and the lawyers will want to 'help' us spend more money for advice about a situation they seem not to be able to help with.
I fear we will not receive any money back, and the chances of having a property built (in my case it isnt going to ever be built), is zero.
Any chance I have to take action, I will......but it has to be worth doing. I have my own business to look after, I cant support the builder who is going to deliver nothing, and cheat while doing it.
