Inside trading laws

Hi All,

If any company is about to have a change of circumstances that can have an effect upon its market value, those who have inside knowledge of any pending deal have to keep it confidential. If such information was leaked to an individual some one could buy or sell shares to make money or prevent a loss or a competitor could even try to interfere with the "deal".  I just thought that I would share this snipet with you and I am sure we all remember the film " Wall Street" where they get jailed for insider trading.

Yes, tue when a Company is 'Listed', so wht's the relvance here?

Obviously, you will have appreciated that as the Company isn't 'Listed' is cannot be compared with the film you mentioned.
You obviously believe all you see in films, so what film do you liken your experience of and with, the Compnay that you believe all is told you from?
Again, obviously it must be fiction or fantasy.
How come anyone can compare a small unlisted property company with Companies 'Listed' on Wall Street, or any othe Exchange?
