We have an apartment and townhouse at Roda Golf which hadn't been touched since they were completed two years ago. Just before Christmas we decided to get them ready for renting out and chose "Superior Interiors" run by Moira McGee who lives at Roda to do the work. Moira took on the total management of our project from advising on all the pre-furnishing work to be done and appointing the appropriate tradesmen, through to specifying and sourcing all fixtures and fittings.
Moira was also responsible for interior design work and sourcing and installing furniture, curtains and white goods - in fact the whole package!
She has great contacts locally and was able to buy very keenly on our behalf so that the overall project from start to finish was well within our previously agreed budget.
And finally, although this was not part of our original remit, Moira was successful in finding us a couple of first class tenants at a rent that we're all happy with.
The proof of the pudding with all such business relationships is "would you recommend this person to a friend?" The answer is a resounding yes!
