New member of "the CDA family"

Last Friday I became the owner of a 3 bedroom Jardines apartment at Los Naranjos de Alhama. I was down at CDA on the 14th of February, and I liked what I saw. It has taken some time, but on Friday the completion took place, and now my solicitor has the keys. I look forward to bringing my wife and 4 year old son down to CDA for Easter, they have not seen it yet :-)

This is the first time I write on this forum, but it has been very useful for me to be a enthusiastic reader for the last weeks. I have picked up a lot of tip/advice, and I already feel that I know a little bit about how life at CDA is. In the future I will try to contribute with whatever knowledge I might have.

Sometimes it can be very frustrating on this forum but mostly it is a lot of very good information and I am sure your family will love CDA

Welcome to CDA. I am sure that you will make lots of friends over on CDA. We certainly have. The Spanish people are also very friendly & very hospitable. Take your phrase book with you if you do not speak the lingo. The people all ways .forgive you if you pronounce words incorrectly & it often causes a good laugh.

Hi Stein we are over at condado from the 9th april to  the 15th ? If you need any info just let us know we bought our place about 3 years ago we try to get over 4 or 5 times a year . We love condado it gets better every time we are over if we do not see you this time maybe next time  good luck  Carol&Malc

Thank you. We will be at CDA from the 18th to 22nd, so we won't meet this time. My wife work as a nurse, so she has to work part of Easter. Next time will probably be for our summer holiday, we will stay from the 24th of July until 20th of August.

We will also try to use the apartment at least 5 times a year.

I'd like to say welcome as well even though also new members of the CDA family as well.  We completed in January, had a few days furnishing the place in Feb and are taking the kids out on 19 April - can't wait.  We're in garden 8 Los Naranjos as well.  Looks like it could be a busy Easter.
