Good news Antonio is soon to be in jail, lets hope they throw away the key and he never gets out, he will get what he desreve but i am sorry that the money will never be recovered he has spent most of all our money on himself!!!!!!

Tony 9999 ... I am writing in support of "Daisymill" who's concerns are well known to me personally. However sadly I must suggest that you provide a little more detail to support this view rather than what you have said both here and in your "Private Messages" to myself. I have suggested to you previously that rather than place unsupported and anonymous information you confirm this with a degree of “verifiable” evidence. Look … Tony … whilst I don’t doubt you intentions with regard to the release of such information the manner in which you are doing it is most unhelpful. I suggest that no one … NO ONE … is more aware of the ongoing litigation surrounding Martinez and Aguilera I do not profess to know everything. Your “Private messages” have contained all manner of supposed facts … suggesting the involvement of various parties and where they have hidden the money “stolen” from thousands of individuals but NOT ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE TO BACK IT UP! I have privately offered to either meet or talk to you … my identity is NOT hidden and those that have spoken to me (including Daisymill) have trusted me totally and we have shared information between us.

It may indeed be that you unaware of the various distinctions in the actions against both Trampolin Hills and Trampolin Solera and the involvement of both Aguilera and Martinez. I am aware that both of these individuals are in Court next month to answer a “Querella” TOGETHER WITH CAM BANK and also that a “Penal case” has been opened against Aguilera in connection with my own matter in Murcia. The delays within the Court system in Spain are astonishing but a complaint made to the Jefe de Unidad de Atención Ciudadana Consejo General del Poder Judicial appears to be advancing this matter.

In conclusion, I suggest that in making the suggestion which you have in this forum is like making a statement of the obvious … like the sun WILL rise in the East on Monday morning … what we want to know is why and how? With regard to the sunrise we all know the reason but NOT the precise reasoning behind your assessment. Nothing is more certain … both Martinez and Aguilera WILL END UP IN PRISON … just when and why remains the real point of interest … PERHAPS YOU COULD ADVISE US OF THE SOURCE OF THIS INFORMATION. As most of you will know I am not leaving any stone "unturned" in my pursuit of Justice, Aguilera or Martinez and the eventual return of the money stolen from me. Like "Tony 9999" I am in danger of making a "statement of the obvious" in suggesting that they have hidden the money and their assets ... the question has always been WHERE! However I received information only yesterday that confirms what I THINK the Gardia Civil already suspect ... aside from monies given to Andrew Wild and Richard Cummings for "safe keeping" it is in fact his stepdaughter ... Silvia ... his wife's daughter by a previous marriage in whos name the properties have been entrusted. She herself has to go and "declare" to the   Court day this week as to what she has done ... it is to be hoped that the  Courts are more diligent in their pursuit this woman than so far the Police have been.

What is your problem Andrew!! just because i choose not to tell you anymore info, everything i have told you in my private messages has been 100% truth., you said Silvia is to go to the courts, well do you know what was the outcome?????????also Antonio was in court again this week, but you now that already dont you!!

Tony ... just what is your problem ... CALM DOWN! You have really told us nothing ... EVERYTHING I KNOW I share in this forum ... you do not. However to answer your specific questions ... NO I do not know what was the outcome of Silvia's Court appearance and NO I did not know that Antonio was in Court this week. I guess, on reflection, they were both there at the same time since what I do know is that Antonio has placed all his assetts in her name.

Might I suggest Tony that trying to "personalise" this gets us nowhere and I can assure you that Daisymill knows EVERYTHING I know since unlike you I share that information not just with her but everyone. Your suggestion that "I know the whole scam" is, I assume simply that ... an assumption! Having said that what is there to know? They took money from around 2000, myself included, and then never delivered on the Contracts and pocketed the money ... THAT IS ALL I KNOW! In my specific case Aguilera received money from me for the purchase of a villa and signed a Contract ... he then sold MY PROPERTY to Mr and Mrs Philips and signed at the Notary in San Javier to confirm that no one else had an interest ... that is fraud but if that is a scam then you are correct ... I DO KNOW ABOUT IT!

Tony, you are getting "all hot under the colar" about this issue but simply cannot see that in reality you are telling us nothing! You say that YOU KNOW certain things (as in your private messages to me) but then refuse to tell us what they are! Neither "Daisymill" or myslf are falling out with you but are simply left "frustrated" by what you HAVE NOT said rather than what you have.

Hi Ratassa ... sadly the Legal System in Spain favours the Criminal leaving the innocent to suffer ... I have lost what is now with costs and interest nearly €300,000 and BELIEVE ME I will NEVER give up on this. Martinez and Aguilera have tried to threaten me in an attempt to "back off" via one of the "resident bullies" but it is simply not happening. BOTH THESE THIEVES WILL END UP IN PRISON ... we just have to stay united and fight the system and the Spanish Government. Regards Andrew

I agree with your sentiments entirely but the facts are that quite simply the Spanish Authoroties are simply either not concerned or are used to turning a "blind eye" to blatant fraud and corruption. In my case against Solera Aguilera is running our or corners to hide and very soon it will be "check mate" but as for the millions that he has stolen together with Antonio Martinez it is likely to be years and years before they are finally cornered and prosecuted. I have written / communicated with just about everyone I can but still nothing changes ... eventually the Courts will get around to dealing with matters whilst meanwhile Martinez and Aguilera are simply living on the monies they have stolen from us all.  Andrew

Hi Tony ... Happy New Year to you ... Look, you started this thread in April 2011 and half way through the intervening period you became "very excitable" about the situation. You "claimed" in your private messages to me to have certain information and I expressed a desire to meet up with you and discuss your findings. Here we are some 12 months later and you ask the same question again! I would urge you IF YOU HAVE SOME information then please let's have it. Anyway ... what I know is as follows:-

First of all remember it IS NOT just Martinez but Aquilera also ... they are BOTH "jointly and severally" responsible for what has happened at Grupo Trampolin in what I am advised is the largest Property Fraud in Spanish Corporate history. The assets of both these individuals have started to be recovered ... Martinez has had to hand back his Fairline Squadron Motor Yacht and I understand Aguilera's girlfriend is shortly going to be forced to hand the property they share together back also. I question why the same does not apply to "Teflon Ronnie" but that is another matter. The assets and activities of two other "residents" of Solera who on the face of it had nothing to do with Trampolin other than acting as "Sales Agents" are now also being examined.

As for my own case against Aguilera ... after some three years and countless attempted appeals by Rafael Aguilera the action  has now been accepted as a clear case of "Fraud" and passed to the Public Prosecutor at which point he will become accountable to the Courts for his Fraud, Theft and Deception. In the meantime I have a proven debt against the man and one upon which I can, I guess, appoint a "private collection" agent. Thus far Aguilera has ignored all attempts at resolving this issue which COULD possibly have resulted in his mitigating any sentence. However I THINK that this now is lost to him with the matter being passed to the Public Prosecutor. Potentially for the crime against myself he could go to Prison for up to 6 years but when compounded with the other Grupo Trampolin frauds for very very much longer! What is for sure is that when he leaves prison it will not be to return to live amongst you since his home will have long since been recovered by the Administrators.

You say "Antonio is laughing his head off" ... I would not be so sure about that; granted he will take to Prison much easier than Aguilera  but he will not be happy! Aguilera on the other hand MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE ... he himself told me that he hated his previous short stay and did not relish the thought of going back ... well Rafael ... I have news for you ... YOU WILL BE!

So, in conclusion, we are ALL OF US waiting for the Courts to schedule the various Criminal trials but I think you will find that regardless of the delays the outcome is going to be the same. Do you have any information ? If you do - please share. I can assure you you CAN trust Mr Wilford. We really do need to help each other in order to get justice and to wipe that smile off Antonios face not that I have ever seen him smile!

For those of you still interested in keeping "up to speed" on the current situation with my CRIMINAL litigation against Rafael Aguilera it seems that in the Spanish legal system you have the opportunity to Appeal endlessly the decision of the Court. However last week saw his very last opportunity for Appeal and the Judge ordered that he pay €200,000 into Court within 24 hours. Quite frankly I find the man's behaviour truly stunning ... he openly commits fraud and then thinks he is above the Law. Together with costs and interest he now owes some €300,000 for selling MY property to a third party..... PRISON REALY DOES AWAIT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then of course he has all the other Criminal cases to follow ... for those who live on Calle Rafael Aguilera it may beome akin to living on "Ronnie Biggs Road"
