 if you reported a building fault to millenium the good news is polaris have started to sort them out starting on jardines 1. as you know with spanish workmen they cant multi task so if your cleaner spots a newly dug hole it will be someone else that comes along  a couple of weeks later to fill it up.

 Can confirm this,last week [fri.] heard a loud banging noise from the apt. below mine. On questioning the two workmen they told me that Polaris were paying for the rendering to be replaced, so fingers crossed we might have finally got through to them that they have to put things right here before undertaking new projects

 You need to go onto the Polaris world website  [www.polarisworld.com] and then click on customer service, you then fill in a form relating to your problem, then fingers crossed they will answer you in a positive way.-----dont hold your breath.
