Hi Folks

Can anyone shed any light on this company

I know they went bust, but I was never given any warning, and would like to know how I go about getting my title deeds, has anyone manged to track them down, who are in the same position as myself

Like you we were left 'high and dry' by this company, the information I was given was that I could obtain a copy of the deeds from the notary's office where the deeds were signed, if like me you gave power of att. to Aldea you may not know where this took place, but that info should be available from Polaris, one of the contributors to this forum has had dealings with Aldea since their demise, perhaps he can give you more info, contact  'sonatigh'

I believed that they were still trading despite the fact that they were supossed to be bankcrupt?

In my case i actually got my deeds on completion and between recieving them and getting my change they went bankcrupt? they owe me the change from completion which is a few hundred euros and there are many others who are owed thousands plus.

I was led to believe the Cartegena office is closed down but the Torreveija one may still be open:

My claim is registered with the courts and I am listed as a creditor so will have to wait with the rest of them to see when and if i will get my money back?

Perhaps the Torreveija office can locate your deeds?

I went to Torrevieja office and was admitted. (the 2nd time I went). Had to arrange another appointment but they did give me the deeds. Like Mick I am owed about 400e which I don't expect to get although I am also a creditor.

Like Barry and Sue, I am also owed about 400 Euros by Aldea Advisors in exactly the same circumstances. I am not holding my breath!  As for title deeds, I have received an email from Polaris asking me to drop in on their hq where they have these for me to pick up. After almost two years as an owner I was rather surprised to say the least as after Aldea I had used a Spanish lawyer based in England to get me a copy of the deeds.

Can anyone tell me if you have a mortgage does the bank hold the deeds or does Aldea advisors  hold them?

We also used Aldea Advisors (Thank you Parador ....not ) We got a copy of the deeds from our bank

 Hi Lighthouse Just found a copy of our deeds they were in some files with some other papers I have had them for about three years .I must have forgotten about them thanks for your reply Malc&Carol
