Ryannair Summer flights 2008

Does anyone know what agents or who are selling the apartments on Phase 8.Has this phase rights to golf clubhouse etc. Is this the last phase or are there more to be built

Are these apartments the same size as phase 4 or have they been made smaller.

We have purchased on phase 3.  We were told by Arenal last year that all apartments on phase 1 to phase 8 have a share in the golf, etc.

There is a phase 9 which is next to phase 5 (yet to be built aparthotel) but they have not yet decided weather to build more apartments on it.

Do you know by any chance who is selling phase 8 and 9 properties as I have heard Arenal have sold of there interest to some bank.I have looked on the internet but can find no information on Phase 8 and 9 .Like when they are supposed to be finished or cost of these apartments.

Any information would be helpfull.

Hi mlaw,

I'm afraid I don't know much more about phases 8-9 but I do know that Arenal have sold some of their interest in the development to the Cajasur bank.  We will be out to Arenal in about a month and if I find anything out I will let you know.

When we were out there a couple of weeks ago Arenal told us that all ground and top floor apartments were already sold for phases 5 to 11.

We were not even aware that there was to be any phase 10 or 11? can you please tell me where these are to be on the development as there is nothing beyond phase 9 marked on the map from Arenal that I have.

Mr Gomez has now sold all his shares to the bank who have ownership of Arenal.  Youcan still accessinformation on other apartmenrs through the sales office as some members of staff are still working for Arenal.  Mercedesis a good person to speak to as she speaks English.  Hope this is helpful.  Are people any the wiser to when Phase 4, block 4 are signing and have they got the habitation license yet?

HI HAVE TO DAY RETURNED FROM C.D.S HAD OUR SECOND VEIWING OF APARTMENT  IN PASE 4 BLOCK 2  STILL NO LICENCE  BUT DID GET ROOM SIZE THEY ARE  LOUNGE  5.83 X3.00   BED 1  3.31X2.71 EXCLUDING WARDROBE  SPACE

WE ASKED ABOUT APARTHOTEL LAST THURSDAY WHEN WE HAD OUR SECOND VEIWING AS IT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR BLOCK AND WE WERE TOLD NO HOTEL

When we bought on phase 4 block 5 we where told Apartment Hotel was on phase 5 opposite us but that it would be low down and   there would be views from all apartments on phase 4 as they would look over it. .It is now obvious that what ever is built there it will be on the same level as our block and block out all views.---Anyone else told the same.

Would be interested to kow how many people are on a different floor than where they thought they had bought on.For example it seems if you bought an apartment on the road facing side and you thought you have bought a first floor apartment you might find your apartment is on the ground floor.If you thought you had bought on 2 floor you might find your apartment is on the first floor.As it seems if you have a road side apartment and you look at your contract Arenal are saying level 1 is ground floor .Level 2 is first floor..How many people find them selfs in this position

Hi mlaw, this problem has arisen on previous phases.  As many of the blocks are built on a hill you will find that there are 3 floors of apartments on one side and 4 on the other.

Hi jool25 .I can see the the problem with having 3 levels on the front and 4 at the back.My problem is when you ask for a south facing 1st floor apartment should you not be told by there calculations you need an apartment on level 2 .Where would you end up if you asked for a ground floor apartment on the road side which might be the question I should have asked,because by there logic 1st floor front is the ground floor.Therefore asking for  for a ground floor road side apartment. by there logic you would end up in the underground car park. 

Just to clarify if this is the same problem as on phase 4 , there you could not ask for a ground floor roadside apartment because there is none. In spain they take all there levels from where the entrance to the block is (normally roadside). For instance we have purchased a second floor apartment  (golf side) but we only need to go up one flight of stairs from the entrance,but if we look over our balcony there are twoo floors below us (ground and first). in our contract it states "second floor, first level" hope this clarifys things for you.
