I do hope you won't be offended by this posting, but l felt l needed to contact you regarding an event that occurred yesterday.
May l first say that, in the not too distant past, and when you were experiencing problems yourself, l recall that you approached the EOS Community asking them to help you by subscribing to an offer for some of your products and services. As a keen follower of EOS I was only to happy to help (and the guides were fantastic!).
Yesterday l too posted a request for assistance on EOS, asking the community if they could possibly help me. l deliberately did not go into any details as this is principally a business dispute and there are always two sides to every argument.. However very shortly thereafter the subject of my enquiry posted, in my opinion, a quite unplasant and deliberately misleading version of events which upset both my wife and myself. l chose not to respond as l did not wish to enter into a debate in the public domain.
However this morning l was astonished to find that you had unilaterally removed all traces of the thread, without affording me the courtesy to pm me to explain your decision.
Because my enquiry was in relation to one of EOS' main sponsors l fully appreciate that you may have felt that you had a potential conflict of interest, but l do feel that you have a duty to observe the usual courtesies in these matters (which the subject of the dispute certainly did not offer me in his reply). Certainly a great number of articles have been posted on EOS in the past directly criticising numerous other companies and individuals without the same reaction on your part.
l would appreciate the opportunity to outline the full nature of my concerns regarding the subject matter to you privately, at which point l am confident that you will agree with me that l have not acted unreasonably. By way of example is it unreasonable in any business transaction to make a payment in advance and then, nearly twelve months later, and despite a number of requests and assurances received, still not to have recieved an invoice for the works carried out?
Is it also unreasonable, having provided both my own home and Spanish residential address during the course of the transaction, to request a business address for correspondence?
If you do feel that in either of these matters l am being unreasonable, then l will accept that you will have no option but to block any future posts on any subject that l might attempt to make on EOS.
