Long Term Rentas Required for 2012

If you have a property on Corvera, available and suitable for long term rental please send me a PM or mail as I have an airline client looking for staff accomodation, approx 16 apartments, on 6 month contracts initally, starting January 2012

They are looking at Corvera Golf and a few other local developments and will be over viewing late August early September and they are expecting to be operational at the airport by Easter

I have also just contracted another 2 properties to airport staff as they have just moved in a new group of workers for the internal fit out of areas but I knw that not everybody is keen on renting to people on the construction side of the development

Yes I have a 2 Bedroom ( 4 Single Beds ) & Sofa Bed to Lounge / Patio " Tilo Ground Floor "

I don't mind the Builders renting as long as we can get a BIG Deposit for any Repairs/Damage & Cleaning required thereafter.

We have a 2 bed fully furnished (air con) tilo, which we may be interested in renting.  Don't really want any builders! Can you let us have details of what would be involved, deposits, rents & your costs to us.  Any ideas on the full process would be great taxes etc.
