Alternative to A2Z?

I'm thinking about buying now at CdA. I have read the threads here at the forum and I'm not impressed with some actions taken by A2Z.

Is there an alternative to use another company for internett installation?

Officiall no other company will touch property on CDA when it comes to instalation of internet or TV, but you can already see few dishes or receivers for TV and internet. It's not exactly within the comunity rules, but some do it anyway.

 We are with TeleAlhama, they are brilliant.

We called and they were out that day to install. Great communication unlike a2z and keep promises unlike a2z.

Other residents over here have their internet going off at least every other day, however ours has not gone down once since installation in June.

We pay for 4mb, it is so fast and upon every speed test we get 4mb! (unlike a2z).

We do have to have a dish, it is small but we share the internet with our neighbours as a compromise for the dish.

I use a Masmovil dongle. It works on the Orange net infrastructure. Good reception on CDA and fast as well (HSDPA).

It's a cheaper solution if you're not permanently on CDA.

 Ok,  depends on your requirements.

If you only want Internet in your apartment go with A2Z, 2Mb for 4.75+iva per month no download limits, the cheapest you will get.

So 67.26 a year, plus installation costs of around 130 euros.  I've been using it and apart from the occassional outage it's very reliable

Masmobile is great if you need internet on the move PAYG at 3cents a MB.  The initial dongle is €79 including €15 credit.

Don't touch Telealhama.  You need a dish, which is against the community rules, and they are more expensive.  If you are downstairs they illigally mount the dish on the upstairs apartment!!!  So the owners upstairs would be quite within their right to cut cut if off and throw it downstairs.

We had no problem with A2Z with installation or reliability, anyone out there who can get internet any cheaper let us all know, with tele alhama how much are you paying each month i bet it isn't 5 euros.

Agreed, Internet is good, price better (I was paying €15 a month for 1mb on the old deal).
