How to edit my post

 Help. Please.

Just recently edit post has come up each time i go to post a thread.

underneath it always says enter the "embeded code.

I have no idea how to edit it until it hasbeen posted & what the **** is an embeded code

I think edit post has been there for quite awhile (If not always)

Basically after you post a reply you can then go back in and edit it if you spot a mistake

As for an embeded code I don't know...I just edited a post and didn't get that part

On a similar "how to" note, does anyone know how to change your use name?

Wont let me change for some reason and I cant just register again as my email addess already exsists, bit of a pain if you ask me, want to change user name as it in conjunction with my ex wife.

Any help appreciated.
