Looked at Masa's new website dated 2012 and Sierra Golf is not listed as one of their developments anymore. Neither is Camposol!. Interesting!

Thanks, that is interesting.  I expect their busy taking deposits from unsuspecting owners in new developments all over again.

It seems so bad that they're allowed to just walk away from SG without finishing basic facilities for people.  I've had a newletter from the Costa Luz lawyers on Eye On Spain, giving information about a recent court case with developers at Corvera (see below).  Just thought I'd post a bit in case the info helped anyone on SG.

'A  recent Murcia Court decission gives refund rights to Corvera buyers in phases I and II based on the linking character of publicity which  Corvera used when it was marketing the development  by which phase I  advertised as being finished in December 2007 and Phase II in August 2008. Deffending the linking character of publicity and showing how explicit this publicity was both for completion deadlines and DeVere hotel is the route for you to finally obtain your refunds. '

I don't know how they can get away with what they have done over the past five years. Court cases are a waste of time, they just ignore court judgements and simply refuse to pay money back when the courts have ordered them to.  What happens to all the properties that people have paid deposits on and they still won't sign over.

Did anyone ever get any answers as to why our properties were advertised as being finished in 2007 and still in 2011 they weren't ready for signing over? So you see all the different reasons for going to court and winning your case don't matter they just refuse to pay.

And now that they aren't advertising these properties, what happens to them now???????????????
