March Dates for AGM's

Over the next week you should receive form Housing the call and agendas for the AGM meetings for each phase and the Entidad, all of which are being held in March

The Entidad meeting is being held on March 6th, 10am at The offices of Housing in San Javier

All other meetings are being held in the main office at Corvera and the phase meetings are as follows

8^th March 10am M18,  12:30 M9

13^TH March 10am M19, 12:00 M20

If you are going to ask for somebody to represent you at these meetings you must first complete and return the proxy voting form

Hi All, I have not received any communication at all about the AGM's, it would be very helpful Roy if you could post some info on this forum of the major decisions taken, i'm sure there are many other owners like me who don't ever seem to get any direct communication from Corvera / Calidona.

I dont think the minutes of the meeting should be aired on a public forum, i suggest you contact the president fof your community and ask him or her to pass the relevent info onto you.

You are absolutely correct and as an owner you will be sent minutes by Housing directly plus my clients will get the my minutes

 I also was not informed of the Entidad meeting. I only found out that it had already taken place when I received the minutes from Roy.

I e-mailed housing immediately and complained and also demanded an explanation for their mistake. Nearly 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for their response. Just the usual Calidona/Corvera/Housing/Spanish communication.
