Padron & Car Registration

Can anyone advise if you are required to take your Title Deeds to the Council office to get a padron Certificate.  Also can you advise if a padron can be secured at the Council Office in the Al Kazar? 

 Deeds , 1st occupation certificate  NIE  passport and office is in Alhama underneath Town Hall . register , then you have to go to bank to pay fee then come back to get certificate  - so do not leave it until late

The padron office is now re-located in the new police station. It's in the left hand corridor as you face the main desk, explain what you want to the police officer at the desk,  take a seat and wait your turn. You are given a payment slip. You still have to walk up town and pay in the bank, then return to pick up your padron. You don't have to queue again, just enter the office give the secretary your payment slip and she will print off the padron.

 it had moved back to under the townhall last dec, unless it's moved again?

It was 12 months ago when I had mine, so I would trust Ptan and Dringmans knowledge of where the office is located as they live on site and have used the office more recently.

Back out on 1st March just in time for the re-opening of the Clover, Life is good!! And getting better all the time.
