DELIVERY OF POST

 HI ALL WERE MOVING OVER TO CONDADO SOON , I GET QUITE A LOT OF STOCK THROUGH THE POST , PACKETS LARGE LETTERS AND SMALL PARCELS , CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS WILL WORK WITH THE SMALL LETTER BOXES WE HAVE IN CONDADO ? MANY THANKS  MEJAZI10

This may be a bit vague but perhaps someone else on the forum may be able to fill in the blanks.  I heard in passing from someone last year that there is a place/shop on Composol B where you can get packages and letters sent to and from which is SUPPOSEDLY more reliable than the Spanish postal service and small postboxes.  Now for the life of me I cannot remember their name but I think  they are on the lower level next the filling station just under the paint shop.  They do cards, gifts, videos etc.  I think it operates like a PO box - you pay a small fee per month/yr.  I can only assume they are still in business and provide the service, but it may be worth your while to investigate them.  Apparently a lot of people use it for ebay, amazon stuff etc.  Sorry I can't be more help, but I will be out there in 8 days and can check it out for you if you like.  If I find out anything in the meantime I will post it.

BUT, the way I do it is simply check my postbox on post days and usually I get a note from the post office saying they tried to deliver it and they give you 21 days to get the parcel - no matter the size - from the office in Alhama, real easy to get to and a simple process.

If they are sent via DHL or some other company these will come straight to your door.
