 Hi all,

Wonder if anyone can help, despite numerous emails and text messages i am unable to get Max to finish some work at my sister in laws apartment, despite him being paid up front.

It involves chasing some cables into a 'box section' wall and then re-plastering.

I will be over myself in 4 weeks and just need someone reliable

Also, she wants to rent it out in the summer, does anyone also know who could do this ? Its a 3 bed apartment on the 2nd floor of DJ 2 with good sea views (no one in front)

It has UK freeview (did pay for scandanavian TV also but Max hasn't sorted that yet either !) , air con in all 3 rooms plus the lounge.

If anyone can help with either of those things then feel free to PM me

PS are we the only ones to have been let down in this way ??

Does anyone have a latest contact number/email for Max? I have tried on We Take Care's usual email and mobile for the last month but I am not getting any response. Are We Take Care still trading ?

Hi everyone,
Just returned from don juan, and had a visit from Max to return the set of keys he had as he is now no longer trading/operating the (We take care) business. Just to let anyone who was relying on Max to clean their apartment.

 Completely missed this post. Chris and I have had an exchange of emails months ago. The reality is that this job is two years old and was mostly finished except for on one detail which the owner had to provide. She never did while I asked for them numerous times. 

When Chris, who is not the owner and often sends outs conflicting messages returned to this issue it turned out that they had lost a crucial little piece of equipment in these two years. Furthermore we never promised Skandinavian television; that´s not to be found in any email, nor does it exist. It was about getting access to European broadcasters which are not on the ´Sky sattelite´ 

Everything has been carried out according to plan together with Gemsat, who completely agrees with me that this is a customer issue, not something eithet Gwynn or I could have solved. The both of us have given up on this customer as there is no alternative left whatever we tried. 

As an aside WeTakeCare is no longer open for holiday rentals and cleanings although I still take care of a number of old clients who this summer chose to continue the relationship as they have always appreciated the relationship. All active clients have been informed. Sales of properties continue just as before. 

The phone not working was just a matter of switching from Movistar, which has a notorious bad reception in Don Juan, to Vodafone´s network which is much better. This was communicated to all active clients during this summer; there is no reason to put this on a forum where as good as none of our customers ever read.
