Extra Charges

Hi to all,

Have just opened a bank statement from sabadell to see   cuoto extra Eur 64.73 going to  CP Duquesa Village. Not sure what this is for. We pay our fees direct debit and are not in debt. Would appreciate it if anyone can explain this or provide me with a link to an english speaking AEA rep ( if they stll exist )

Hi yes have a look at the topic on the forum re ( CASH CALLS DV ) then it should be self explanitory  this  extra payment is to be paid by all owners on DV including Banks and other owners and  will be taken from our banks for a total of 4 quarterly payments ending in 2013.
