Shutters and tap in en-suite

Hi there

Does anyone know about the electric shutters?  Our bedroom one seems to have gone up too high, and will not work now.  We took the cover off the switch.  Is there a code to re-set? Could the motor have gone?

Also, we had a problem with our bathroom tap, the water was only dribbling through, so hubby took the tap off, and realised there is a filter on the tap (where the water comes out) and this was blocked with some debris.  Maybe a build up of bits through the system, since installation.  We thought we would need a new tap, but he cleaned this out, installed the tap again, and it's good as new! 

Any ideas for the shutter would be appreciated.  Thanks

We also have had a problem with our shutters, Roda FM who are on site near the main entrance came and sorted within hours of contacting them and at a reasonable price, the maintenance guy there knew quite a lot about these shutters.

It's probably gone up and over the roller at the top - or even jumped off completely.
It's a fairly common problem that happens - often when the electricty goes off and comes back on the shutter goes up and down and messes itself up. Why I don't know!

It is easy enough to fix but you have to take the cover off the actual shutter itself to do. Get help is my advice!

Re taps - yes most Spanish taps have a filter on the end to collect the gunk and limescale because of the hard water.
Suggest you take the filter off once and year and clean all the goo out. The filter just screws off - although ours tightens itself so we often have to use an adjustable spanner to release it.
