Community Fees

Hi,

I have just completed and will soon hear from the Community regarding the fees. Can anyone tell me what the actual fees are at the moment?

I pay 264 for 3 bedroom on Jardines per quarter

161 euro per quarter for a Penthouse in block 11 - good value for money if you ask me given the standard of the resort when compared to many elsewhere. Don't forget your taxes to Alhama Council and the Wealth Tax as it used to be known are on top of the maintenance fees. Probably another 300 euro per year on top of your quarterly charges.
