Great photos Vincent. Everything looks like it's coming on well. The fly-over looks very LARGE. Does it look as imposing when you're there. Can't beleive we were never told about it.

Hi Neighbours.

We were ther signing on the 13th March and yes its very imposing, put it this way I wouldnt want to be living in the houses next to it.

Hopefully the only traffic will be that of the village, its not as if people will be using it as a short cut to somewhere else, or will they?

I think its a bit of a con that know one seems to have had prior knowlage of this, we certainly didnt, or that simply could have been down to Parador, who by my dealings and a few others are not cracked up to be what they say they are.

the flyover is big but hopefully it will only be local traffic

definitely an eyesore for those people who now own on the first phase where the show house was.

Hullo Hullo to Vincent and Bronagh..........we met you on Monday (I think....hic) up at Balsicas and we were going onto complete that week, all went to plan and we are absolutely delighted, came hom Friday...back out in a few weeks for a long weekend at end of April.

glad to hear everything went smoothly. I assume it was no.15 then. We are also heading out at the end of april - friday 27th for 9 days. Will be staying in los alcazares so will make a point of calling by your house and grabbing a coffee.

did you get all your furniture sorted or are you doing that gradually?

Hi V&B, Here's a wee snapshot of how things went after meeting yourselves......Tuesday morning got my LIE number....was fairly straight forward apart from the queing time, however the Medsae rep looked after us, he kept our place in the queue whils me and Kim went for a coffee. Tuesday PM was picking up all cutlery crockery lights etc, Wed am was with the Notary for around 2-3hrs then got THE KEYS !!, we had a van hired to go to IKEA and literally shopped til we dropped, but most of the big stuff is now in and built. Thursday was Washing Machine and F/Freezer, drier, and other kitchen stuff, more lights, etc etc,

In the main the house is asble to be lived in now, a few snags to be completed, but back over Fri 27th April - 30th, you are more than welcome at no 15 anytime,
