Did anyone notice in the meeting minutes that the cost coud rise from 4.75 euros to 11 euros per month from December if the number of users doesnt increase? Does anyone know how many more users would be needed to maintain price at current level?
Lets hope we can get the required number to keep the costs down.

I'm just about to phone Telehambra...had enough of A2Z...i need my Internet and having to go to the Clover due no reception at home is not acceptable!!!!!

I too have A2Z as my internet provider, therefore can I ask is the reception bad with just the wireless router or with both and how long has the service been down for.

My reception acted up last night and all day today. So tired of it and called them
at 12:11 pm. "oh no,you are the only one complaining,no-one else.We can schedule maintenance
for you." She failed to say at what cost. I will always accept that technical problems can
occur. But I will never accept being LIED to. Happy I checked this forum today and can see it
is not only "my problem".

Have to say we had problems a few days ago with it being down for big chunks of the day. I emailed them when I could and they replied there was an issue on CdA that was being looked at. They emailed me back and said if I rebooted it by turning off the mains it should be OK. I did it and it worked.
Its not reliable but for holiday internet not too bad.
€11 and I'd think again as we may only use it for around 6 weeks. not worth it for the product they r offering. Maybe a good deal still for residents though.

We have WIFI and we used it for 4 weeks and only had 1 period of down time. The speed was also excellent and my family who were 2 apartments down from us were also able to pick it up. We used to buy a dongle but that was very slow and kept dropping off, so I would prefer to stay on the contract, however, we'd need to reconsider if the price did rise as we are only on site for maybe 2 months of the year.

I'd liked to agree 2LTkrs (apart from thefact its real hard to email when the internet is down- ha- de- ha- de- ha!) But that hasn't been reliable, people have had patchy experiences through the summer- I've seen a number of posts through July when it seemed to be faulty every weekend with no quick response from A2Z and then pockets iof complaints since. I hope they get it sorted and for under £5.00 euro's per month its not so bad, but if you only visit every so often like us, the possible 11 euros per month for an unreliable service isnt great.

if we get the allocation then it would be good for all
i got set up in July this year with A2Z and its been fine
we had nothing before and dont want to end up with nothing again so if 500 or more are using the service they would more likely be prompt with any glitches

I'm in two minds about this.
We were all set to sign up for it until reading on here about the poor service and frequent interruptions to the connection which many seem to be experiencing, which put me off.
Don't know what to do now.

I wouldn't say its that unreliable, through Aug it only went down the once for a few hours, the rest of the time no issues at all, I think its well worth the money, or you pay 2 euros a day at the clover or pay as you go at the supermarket, before anyone says about 3g, check first as to where you are on the resort, garden 13 no signal, 5 euros for convenience, no brainer for me

we have been out here 2 weeks so far and everyday it has gone down , plus they are blocking ports to stop you using ipcams
