Hi
Has anyone ever received a document titled "Documento de Ingreso - Carta de pago"
We can't make head nor tail of it but it looks like some sort of adjustment value to our apartment with either a cheque or payment slip for 376.00 Euros
If it is a some sort of payment how do we receive it. Is it BACS payment of do we physically have to pay in???
Any help or ideas greatly received.
Cheers
Jay & Lisa

Ask yourselves a number of questions.
Have you been paying your none resident Tax and council Tax each year?
Who has the letter come from it should show the senders details?
Has the letter been sent to the owner/s of the property by name?
Who deals with your Spanish tax affairs, send a copy to them and ask opinion?
Or ask your bank in spine if they can help with identifying the originator and its content.

Just did it on the translation app on the ipad, It translates as " entry document payment letter" so not sure if it's right or not. This message was last edited by Gill21 on 16/08/2012.

Thanks everyone. We have paid all our local taxes evey year in June since we bought in 2008. We have also paid our annual main tax yearly in December so are completely Upto date. The interesting thing is it has been sent Bt the San Javier district anuymento and mentions castoral value etc. Thought our area was Alhama so it's more than a little confusing!! Cheers again Jay
