For everyone that posts a good company you'll also get a negative reply from someone else for the same company.
The people we used (one of the Britannia group ) were recommended and quite frankly they provided us with a dreadful service. They lost lots of boxes, quite badly damaged our dining table and smashed the glass on nearly every one of our pictures.
Worse of all they lost my guitar ! When I emailed the company and politley pointed out that it was not just a kiddy one and was hand made and I would be claiming about £1500 for it on their insurance, it was miraculously "found" and delivered to us within 48 hours!
Moral of the story - they're all as bad as each other, and offer a very variable service.
