I Am Legend!

Dear All,

I am currently looking to buy a property in DV however I have recently heard the establishment in similar to the film "I am Legend" i.e. the properties are empty (10% occupany rating) and in need of repair.

Could somebody please shed some light on this information.

All comments would be greatly appreciated.

Rubbish,

The development is over 50% sold now, and during the summer months is well occupied. During the rest of the year it is difficult to estimate occupancy and at times it does seem very quiet.

The gardens and common parts are well maintained and hopefully the repainting of the older blocks will take place soon.
